Carys joined the team in July of 2018 following Josie’s departure to study Physiotherapy at Cardiff University. Carys  was initially employed as a physiotherapy assistant but her role has developed in to the management of Neuro Physio Wales’s Clinic in Kenfig Hill.

Carys says:
“ I am so grateful to have been given such an amazing opportunity to develop and gain new skills in such an interesting position. This role is very different from anything I have done before and I am excited to see what the new role brings. I feel honoured to have been so warmly welcomed into such an amazing and talented group of physiotherapists. Each and every member of our team are so passionate about what they do, always going above and beyond for each one of their clients.”

Sara asked Carys to join the NPW team for her outstanding customer service.  Carys’ mission is to ensure every client has the most positive experience from the first phone call to treatment in the clinic and their eventual discharge.

Carys is manual handling and First Aid trained. Carys has also attended a PD Warrior course based around Neuroplasticity in Parkinson’s patients, as well as other conferences focusing on Neurological conditions to further develop her knowledge of the profession.
